Earlier this year I photographed for a show called Antony and Cleopatra, a show which underwent a title change and aired on Tuesday as Last Tango in Halifax. My good friend Jonathan Georgiou was the assistant editor on the show and I provided publicity stills earlier in the year for two episodes. If you missed the first episode you can catch up on the BBC IPlayer here

While photographing on set, I had a good chat with the writer of the show, Sally Wainwright, whose profession I’m keen to pursue. I blogged about my encounter with her back in February when I was in the midst of entering the Red Planet Prize, a screenwriting competition for television. From that endeavour I made it into the top 25 of approximately 1800 entries. I’m really keen to develop my screenwriting and hopefully can supplement my production stills work with being able to create scripts for film and television.

Here are some of the snaps from my two visits to the Last Tango set.
